A man came home one day with a treat for his young son. The treat was a sweet in the form of a ball with little sparkles on it. When the dad came home, the young son ran up to him and asked him if he had brought anything for him. The father gave him the sweet and the son walked around the entire house to brag about his new possession. The father then asked the son if he could have some (the father did buy it but he asked the son, and the son being the age he was belived he owned it now) and said no. If the father had insisted the son would have ran to the mother and told her about how the father was trying to take his possession away... so the father started to sweet talk his son about how the son had a kind heart, very generous and sweet. The son became convinced and in his father's big hand, placed one sparkle on the sweet in the middle of his palm and said 'there!'. The father went to the wife and said 'Oh my! Look how much my son gave to me' but didnt eat it, he fed his son. Even when he was given a little back, he still gave that to his son.
God works the same way. He gives you it all and simply asks for a little back. (Its your choice to give a little back or not...) and if you decide to give him a little back, he still returns it to you in one form or another. Wow.
